Responsibilities include creating estimates with leading platforms and ensuring documentation quality. The ideal candidate has restoration industry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with operations teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-loss restoration estimating from start to finish.
• Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration estimating.
• Restoration industry experience required.
• Experience writing and auditing large and complex restoration estimates.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely, accurate, and profitable estimates for restoration projects.
• Audit large‑loss estimates for accuracy and profitability.
• Develop detailed material and equipment lists for projects.
• Support operations teams to align estimates with project scope and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and field personnel on estimate accuracy and scope.
• Maintain documentation and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
