Job summary

RestorePro Reconstruction in Greenville, SC seeks an experienced Estimator to oversee cost estimates for restoration projects, including water, fire, and storm damage. The role interfaces with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure accurate, competitive estimates and successful project execution.

The Estimator will manage client expectations, track bids, and maintain schedules, with site visits and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and pass a MVR check.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Experience in water and fire restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Insurance to manage claims and projects in restoration.
• Provide accurate estimates and bids for clients.
• Coordinate with project team on schedules and payments.
• Maintain project notes and documentation in the management system.
• Support business development with cost and schedule input.
