Job summary

RestorePro Reconstruction in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. This role oversees the finances, profitability, and day-to-day putback of restoration projects from inception to completion, and manages client expectations while maintaining high-quality results.

The Estimator will assess and prepare cost estimates for water, fire, storm, and other disaster-related restorations, work with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and PMs, and ensure bids are

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration cost estimation is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets for loss documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Insurance to manage claims and complex projects in restoration.
• Lead client relationships and provide accurate estimates and bids.
• Present payment information to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain project notes daily in the job management system.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on initial and ongoing schedules.
• Support business development with cost and schedule input.
