GoldOller Real Estate Investments seeks a Maintenance Technician in Laurel, MD, delivering safe, high-quality maintenance across our multifamily properties. You will respond to resident requests, perform make-ready tasks, manage inventories, and document work orders with care and precision.

You’ll join a team focused on resident satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for growth within GoldOller’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year multifamily maintenance OR technical school.
• EPA Certification required; CPO or CAMT preferred.
• Strong reading of financial reports, sketches and blueprints.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage expenditures by following inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Move-in/move-out inspections and security deposit documentation.
• Report charges and lease violation fees.
• Perform maintenance with safety and professionalism.
• Update Service Manager daily and complete all work orders.
