Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is hiring a Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Fairfield, OH. The role focuses on safe, well‑maintained homes, timely service, and responsive resident support.

You will help manage unit turns, perform repairs, and uphold company standards while collaborating with the Service Manager. The position requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience or trade school, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read financial reports and blueprints/sketches.
• Experience with RealPage products (OneSite/Ops Technology) is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and local building codes.
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers, leaders, residents, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property maintenance tasks and safety compliance.
• Communicate with Service Manager and document updates.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units within 5 business days.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Inspect units during move‑in/out and document findings.
• Assist with supervising contractors when needed.
