Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our roving team. The role includes maintaining buildings and grounds, performing repairs, and contributing to Capex projects across properties.

Required are 2+ years in apartment maintenance, multifamily experience, and EPA Certification. Tools and a personal vehicle are necessary as is weekend work and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance/facilities experience.
• Experience in multifamily residential property management.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Possession of personal tools is required.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Able to work weekends as needed.
• Able to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds during assignment period.
• Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
• Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical and other repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
• Inspect assigned property, including vacant units, move-ins, housekeeping, and grounds to ensure standards.
• Involvement in Capex projects.
