Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments in Philadelphia seeks a full-time maintenance technician to support multifamily communities. You’ll perform general repairs, inspect units, and keep common areas safe and inviting, collaborating with the Service Manager to meet deadlines and quality standards.

You must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience or trade-school training, strong safety practices, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or trade school.
• EPA Certification required.
• CAM/CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help manage expenses by following inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Get approval for overtime at least 24 hours in advance.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Report billable service charges and lease violation fees.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times.
• Communicate daily with the Service Manager and provide updates.
• Complete all reports and work orders accurately and on time.
• Follow safety practices and attend safety meetings.
• Keep the office area neat and adhere to company standards.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as scheduled.
• Maintain OSHA/MSDS documentation.
• Keep tools and shop areas organized and well-stocked.
• Monitor work orders for recurring issues or long-term maintenance needs.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance tasks and reporting.
• Assist with supervising contractors when needed.
• Report questionable activity or unsanitary conditions.
