Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its roving maintenance team. The role involves keeping up buildings and grounds across assigned properties, performing electrical, plumbing, and minor repairs in residential units and common areas.

Applicants should have at least two years in apartment maintenance, be able to travel, work weekends, and hold EPA certification with their own tools and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment maintenance/facilities experience required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Own a set of personal tools and a vehicle for travel.
• Ability to work weekends and travel/overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of buildings and grounds during assignment periods.
• Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
• Carry out small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs in residential units and other areas.
• Inspect assigned properties, including vacant units, move-ins, and grounds to ensure standards.
• Participate in Capex projects and be available for after-hours emergency calls.
