Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician to maintain multifamily communities and ensure homes are safe and well-kept. You will deliver proactive service by addressing resident needs, preparing units for new residents, and coordinating with team leadership to meet GoldOller standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, and experience with multifamily maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience with multifamily maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete the full make-ready process within 5 business days (14 days for upgrades).
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposits and deductions.
• Perform general repairs, maintenance and grounds tasks to uphold standards.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as scheduled and communicate updates.
• Maintain professional image and coordinate with the Service Manager daily.
