Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician to keep our multifamily communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will respond to resident needs, prepare homes for new residents, and coordinate with the Service Manager to meet our high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or technical trade school.
• EPA Certification required; CPO or CAMT certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, local/state building codes, and landlord-tenant law.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to train peers.

Responsibilities

• Manage expenses by following inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Get overtime approved 24 hours in advance (except emergencies).
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Report billable charges and lease violation fees.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude.
• Communicate daily with the Service Manager and provide updates.
• Complete all reports and work orders accurately and on time.
• Follow safety practices and attend safety meetings.
• Keep the office area neat and adhere to standards.
• Report incidents within 24 hours.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• In absence of a Service Manager, report to leadership.
