Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician to maintain multifamily properties, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and ready for new residents. You will respond to resident needs, manage work orders, and support the team to uphold high standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive communication, and adherence to safety practices, with opportunities to grow within a nationally operating company that values residents and communities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read financial reports, sketches, and blueprints.
• Experience with RealPage products (OneSite/Ops Technology) is a plus.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, local/state building codes, and landlord-tenant law.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with peers, leaders, residents, vendors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Maintain unit readiness and safety in multifamily communities.
• Ensure units are prepared for new residents with care and precision.
• Follow inventory and purchasing procedures and report overtime as required.
• Complete reports and work orders accurately and on time.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions and maintain OSHA/MSDS records.
• Report any issues to Service Manager and coordinate with leadership.
