Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Baltimore, MD. You will handle make-ready tasks, routine maintenance, and resident service requests to ensure safe, comfortable homes.

The role requires EPA certification, OSHA familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive, team-oriented approach. Weekend work and travel may be required as part of on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher not required but preferred if relevant field
• EPA Certification is required
• Willing to work weekends and travel/overnight as needed
• Knowledge of OSHA, Fair Housing, ADA, and local building codes beneficial
• Experience with maintenance in multifamily properties is a plus

Responsibilities

• Attend to resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain units and common areas to GoldOller standards
• Prepare units for new residents and perform make-ready tasks
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document charges
• Complete reports and update work orders daily
