Mercy Housing in San Francisco is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with resources to remain stable and successful. You will identify barriers, create pathways to services, and build strong partnerships with community organizations that enhance the property's support and visibility.

This on-site role pays $29.50-$34.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes multiple healthcare plans, PTO, holidays, a 403b

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect data for program components and record in Mercy Housing database.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered.
• Develop understanding of residents via assessments and meetings to guide them to services.
• Participate in activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to enhance relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
