Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with needed resources. You will identify barriers, build partnerships with community organizations, and support residents in achieving stability.

This on-site role requires collaboration with teammates to promote resident well-being and involve direct resident support when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in community development or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; relevant coursework valued.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for program components and record data accurately.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services on a regular basis.
• Develop understanding of residents to guide them to services and resources.
• Participate in activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to strengthen relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
