Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle basic accounting principles.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on site.
• Assist with move-in/out processes and inquiries.
• Conduct resident retention and renewal activities.
• Record resident concerns in OneSite accurately.
• Monitor and improve customer experience and community reputation.
