Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a customer-service focused on-site representative. You will be the first point of contact for resident interactions and assist with move-in/move-out inquiries, requests, and follow-up, while supporting renewal and leasing activities.

Responsibilities include recording resident concerns in OneSite, monitoring scores like NPS/Yelp, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in customer service environment preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all resident interactions on site.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inquiries and processes.
• Support renewal and eviction processes and associated paperwork.
• Record resident concerns accurately in OneSite and monitor follow-ups.
• Assist with leasing activities and resident retention efforts.
