Rush Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Resident Manager for a 59-unit downtown Chico apartment complex. The role includes a 40-hour week at $20/hour, with a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment provided at a discounted rate deducted from salary.

Onsite manager office, parking, and laundry are available. The position requires reliable, trustworthy handling of rents and tenant communications. Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining records, and handling emergencies.

• Clerical experience required and ability to handle administrative tasks.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• Availability around the clock (24/7) for on-call duties.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver license; clean DMV record.
• Must provide proof of vehicle insurance; drug and background checks.

Compensation package includes apartment and salary (1 strong candidate or team of 2 can be considered). Unit Details:

• -2 bedroom/1 bath
• -No dogs allowed
• -Utilities NOT included

Compensation:

Based on a 40 hour work week at $20/hr. Paid as salary which includes a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at a discounted rate deducted from salary.
