Job summary

ExactHire is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee property operations and ensure fiscal and physical integrity of the community. The role requires coordinating tenant services, maintaining files, and enforcing lease terms on-site at the Chico property.

You will manage walk-throughs, respond to maintenance requests, and supervise staff to ensure safe, compliant housing for residents. This is an on-site role with apartment housing provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must become certified in USDA-RD program and Tax Credit within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage office hours, including on-call for tenants.
• Maintain tenant files and lease documents.
• Enforce lease terms and house rules; issue notices and assist with evictions as needed.
