The ideal candidate has experience with affordable housing programs (RD, HUD, LIHTC), strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. On-site housing is available with a 40-hour work week.

• Collecting rent and security deposits
• Enforcing lease agreements and community policies
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met
• Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation
• Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents
• Responding appropriately to emergency situations
• Following company policies and procedures
