Are you organized, reliable, and looking for a great place to live? We are seeking a responsible and proactive On-Site Resident Manager for a well-maintained 21-unit apartment community in Yuba City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Relations & Leasing: Answer inquiries, show vacant units to prospective tenants, process applications, and assist with lease signings and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Rent Collection: Securely collect monthly rent payments, issue receipts, and deliver timely notices (e.g., late rent or community updates).
• Maintenance Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for tenant maintenance requests. Perform light, basic troubleshooting and coordinate with trusted outside vendors/contractors for larger repairs.
• Property Oversight: Conduct regular walk-throughs of the property to ensure the grounds remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Rule Enforcement: Ensure residents comply with community rules and lease agreements.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property management, customer service, or apartment maintenance is highly preferred.
• Experience with AppFolio property management software is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to handle tenant situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
