Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process rental applications and prepare rental agreements.
• Conduct annual apartment inspections and enforce policies.
• Prepare deposits and market vacancies to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate maintenance and oversee turnover of apartments.
• Provide after-hours responsiveness for emergencies when needed.
