Onsite manager office, parking, and laundry are available. The position requires reliable, trustworthy handling of rents and tenant communications. Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining records, and handling emergencies.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience required and ability to handle administrative tasks.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• Availability around the clock (24/7) for on-call duties.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver license; clean DMV record.
• Must provide proof of vehicle insurance; drug and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Inspect grounds, laundry room, and parking lot.
• Process applications and field tenant communications.
• Collect rent and maintain records.
• Handle sensitive/financial information and emergency calls.
• Communicate with tenants and the property management company.
• Stay organized and reliable in daily clerical tasks.
