Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook.
• Experience in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and issue three-day notices to pay.
• Prepare rental agreements and conduct inspections.
• Maintain occupancy and market vacancies.
• Respond to resident requests and emergencies after hours.
• Prepare deposits, reports, and coordination with vendors.
• Liaise with residents and vendors to ensure compliance.
