Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Leasing Manager in Raleigh to lead onsite leasing teams, drive occupancy, and execute effective marketing initiatives. You will coach Leasing Associates and Community Concierges, shape pricing and outreach, and collaborate with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years in property management, a proven leasing performance track record, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Proven track record driving leasing performance (occupancy, conversion, revenue).
• Ability to coach, influence, and develop team members.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee leasing staff, including scheduling and performance coaching.
• Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Analyze performance data to adjust pricing, promotions, and outreach.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to align leasing with financial goals.
• Manage daily leasing operations, reporting, and compliance.
