Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in residential/hospitality maintenance and supervision.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems; able to diagnose and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate maintenance and repairs in condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes.
• Review, prioritize, assign, and complete work orders based on safety and occupancy.
• Coordinate maintenance around guest arrivals and rental inventory; respond to concerns promptly.
• Document issues, repairs, materials, labor hours, and completion status; conduct quality checks.
• Lead scheduling, training, and supervision of maintenance staff; ensure safety and compliance.
