Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a hands-on Preventive Maintenance Technician to maintain luxury residences and private homes within our resort portfolio. You will perform preventive inspections, address maintenance concerns before guest arrivals, and ensure all units meet quality standards across condos, residences, and private homes.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and experience in hospitality or property management environments, including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in hospitality, residential property management, condominiums, apartments, vacation rentals, or related environments.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance inspections and general building repairs preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or residential properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections of resort-managed residences, condominiums, private homes, and common areas.
• Identify and correct maintenance deficiencies before guest occupancy whenever possible.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs designed to preserve the quality, functionality, and appearance of residential accommodations.
• Conduct unit readiness inspections to ensure all homes and residences are prepared for owner and guest arrivals.
• Monitor the overall condition of assigned properties and recommend repairs, replacements, and capital improvement needs.
