Qualifications

• Residential/hospitality maintenance experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to diagnose and repair across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper tool use.
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience operating work-order systems and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate maintenance in condominiums, townhomes, and homes across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fixtures.
• Carry out minor carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, and trim repairs; troubleshoot guest-use systems.
• Identify needs for specialized contractors and ensure quality, safety, and appearance standards.
• Review, prioritize, assign, and close work orders based on safety and occupancy.
• Coordinate with guests and rental management to minimize disruption and ensure readiness.
• Maintain maintenance records, perform quality checks, and monitor backordered materials.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and participate in property inspections.
• Supervise maintenance staff; provide training and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; track costs and approvals.
