Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hands-on Preventive Maintenance Technician for Horseshoe Bay Resort. You will perform preventive maintenance across luxury residences and private homes, ensuring safety, appearance, and high-quality guest experiences.

The role emphasizes inspections, coordination with vendors, and proactive maintenance to protect property assets and guest satisfaction. A strong troubleshooting mindset and hospitality experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in hospitality, residential property management, condominiums, apartments, vacation rentals, or related environments.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance inspections and general building repairs preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or residential properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections of resort-managed residences, condominiums, private homes, and common areas.
• Identify and correct maintenance deficiencies before guest occupancy whenever possible.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs designed to preserve the quality, functionality, and appearance of residential accommodations.
• Conduct unit readiness inspections to ensure all homes and residences are prepared for owner and guest arrivals.
• Monitor the overall condition of assigned properties and recommend repairs, replacements, and capital improvement needs.
