Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property upkeep across condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes, ensuring repairs meet quality and safety standards. The role requires 21+ and a valid driver's license, HS diploma (Some college preferred), and hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, and coordinate with contractors to protect guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade education preferred.
• Experience in residential, condo, hospitality, or property maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finish repairs across at least three trades.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate maintenance and repairs in condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, and general building issues.
• Identify issues requiring specialized contractors and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
