Job summary

The Preventive Maintenance Technician at Horseshoe Bay Resort is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of resort-managed residences and private homes across the property. You will perform preventive inspections, identify issues before guests arrive, and ensure all units meet established quality standards.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and operations to support unit turns, coordinate with vendors, and document inspections using maintenance systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years of maintenance experience in hospitality, residential property management, condominiums, apartments, vacation rentals, or related environments.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance inspections and general building repairs preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or residential properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections of resort-managed residences, condominiums, private homes, and common areas.
• Identify and correct maintenance deficiencies before guest occupancy whenever possible.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs designed to preserve the quality, functionality, and appearance of residential accommodations.
• Conduct unit readiness inspections to ensure all homes and residences are prepared for owner and guest arrivals.
• Monitor the overall condition of assigned properties and recommend repairs, replacements, and capital improvement needs.
