Qualifikationen

• Proven housekeeping management in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Ability to juggle many priorities.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, reporting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily housekeeping operations across Residences portfolio.
• Lead, train, and inspire supervisors and staff.
• Ensure all condos, residences, and public spaces meet standards.
• Conduct hands-on inspections of accommodations and VIP residences.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor productivity.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to stay guest-ready.
• Oversee inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Develop smarter systems to elevate guest experience.
• Handle payroll, reporting, and admin duties.
• Resolve guest concerns with quick, gracious service recovery.
• Champion safety and sanitation; enforce policy.
• Foster accountability and pride in the team.
