The Residences at Horseshoe Bay Resort, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations for the luxury residences and public areas. You will develop teams, ensure high cleanliness standards, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure readiness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has hospitality leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and a track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel, resort, condominium, or luxury hospitality environment required.
• Strong leadership, team development, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee all daily housekeeping operations for The Residences.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members.
• Ensure all condominiums, Signature Residences, and public areas meet established cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations, public areas, and VIP residences.
• Manage department staffing levels, scheduling, and labor productivity.
• Monitor room status reports and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure readiness and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels for linens, guest supplies, cleaning products, and amenities.
• Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures that support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll, departmental reporting, and administrative documentation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and service recovery situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability, quality, and service excellence.
