Job summary

Mojo seeks a Recruiting, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across field locations—hiring site leadership, building hourly hiring engines, developing site teams, and driving retention practices.

This on-site role requires presence across the territory, coaching leaders in real time, and delivering data-driven staffing solutions to improve turnover and 90-day retention.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations, ideally in a high-volume hourly environment.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors and working knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• ATS and HRIS proficiency; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across locations; interview and hire hourly and site-leadership roles.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and coaching for managers on interviewing, scheduling, and performance conversations.
• Drive retention and engagement initiatives; conduct stay and exit interviews; partner with leadership to address turnover drivers.
