Mojo is seeking a Recruiting, Development, & Retention Manager to lead the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This on-site role focuses on hiring, onboarding, leadership development, and retention practices to sustain a high-performing hourly workforce.

Success hinges on building local teams, coaching site leaders, and maintaining strong presence to address issues before vacancies arise; performance is measured by turnover and 90-day retention at the site level.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in recruiting, HR, or multi-unit operations across high-volume hourly settings.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors and knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems; Paylocity preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across locations, including interviewing and hiring for hourly and leadership roles.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and coaching on interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and leadership.
• Surface and resolve team concerns early; conduct stay/exit interviews and partner on engagement initiatives.
• Track recruiting and retention metrics, prioritize on-site time based on turnover data and staffing health.
