Iron Mountain is seeking an on-site Team Lead for relocation operations at our facility to drive daily material handling, chain-of-custody protocols, and safe, efficient movement of records. The role demands strict sequencing, collaboration with NARA, and adherence to OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising weighing, staging, and loading processes, coordinating with the NARA Shipping Coordinator, and ensuring accurate pull lists and inspections.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory background in large-scale records management, logistics, warehousing, or relocation projects.
• Must demonstrate integrity, mature judgment, and independent decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• National security compliance: US citizens only under NOFORN restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site material handling activities (pulling, loading, staging, unloading, weighing, sorting).
• Oversee 12-step chain-of-custody verification and audits with NARA.
• Manage high-bay retrieval and ensure chronological/numerical sequencing.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and supervise loads up to 50 lbs with equipment.
• Coordinate with NARA Shipping Coordinator and on-site contacts; halt operations for discrepancies.
• Plan daily tasks and reassign work to balance workloads.
