Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Project Supervisor (On-Site) to lead frontline teams on a federal NARA records relocation project. You will manage daily material handling, ensure chain-of-custody integrity, and enforce safety protocols while coordinating across GA locations.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in large-scale warehousing or records programs and a track record of client communication.

Qualificações

• Proven supervisory background in large-scale records management, warehousing, logistics, or relocation programs.
• Strong knowledge of chain-of-custody audit procedures and high-bay inventory sequences.
• Proven ability in frontline team management and client stakeholder communication.
• Compliance with security requirements, including US Citizenship and federal background checks.

Responsabilidades

• On-Site Operational Leadership: Manage daily material handling activities, including pulling, staging, loading, unloading, and dynamically reassigning tasks across the crew.
• Chain-of-Custody & Audit Compliance: Supervise the 12-step verification process, sign off on pull lists, participate in joint NARA inspections, and verify trailer cable seals.
• Sequence Control & File Planning: Oversee high-bay retrieval operations up to 15 feet, maintaining strict chronological/numerical sequence and vertical shelf load balancing.
• Safety & Equipment Oversight: Enforce OSHA compliance and supervise teams lifting up to 50 lbs, coordinating with forklift operators to ensure proper pallet wrapping and transport loading.
• Client Liaison: Maintain continuous communication with the NARA Shipping Coordinator and halt operations immediately to address any record discrepancies or box damage.
