Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring an onsite, operational Project Supervisor in Kent, WA. You will direct material handling, safety protocols, and daily workflows for high-volume records moves, partnering with federal sites to ensure flawless chain-of-custody and inventory control.

Lead a disciplined team, maintain strict sequence tracking, and uphold safety as a top priority while coordinating with the client and site teams to meet schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required due to federal security rules.
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Experience in large-scale records management or logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership and independent decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Site Operations: direct daily material handling and sorting of archival records.
• Maintain Chain-of-Custody: supervise 12-step verification, inspect with client reps, sign pull lists.
• Oversee High-Bay Sequence Control: manage retrieval up to 15 feet, maintain exact order.
• Enforce Safety Standards: ensure OSHA compliance and safe handling up to 50 lbs.
• Act as Primary Client Liaison: daily communication with Shipping Coordinator, resolve variances.
