Iron Mountain is seeking an onsite, operational Project Supervisor to lead the Records Project team in South San Francisco. You will direct daily material handling, ensure strict chain-of-custody, and manage safety protocols while coordinating with client representatives.

The role requires proven supervisory experience in large-scale records management and a laser focus on accuracy, sequencing, and safety. This position offers full-time hours and benefits, with a strong emphasis on compliance

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in large-scale records management, logistics, warehousing, or relocation programs.
• Knowledge of chain-of-custody tracking, inventory audit checks, and high-bay sequence control.
• Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and independent decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• US citizenship required due to federal security rules.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and pass a federal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Lead On-Site Operations: Direct daily material handling activities including pulling, staging, loading, unloading, and sorting of archival records.
• Maintain Chain-of-Custody: Supervise the 12-step verification process, conduct joint inspections with client representatives, sign pull lists, and verify trailer cable seals.
• Oversee High-Bay Sequence Control: Manage high-bay retrieval up to 15 feet, ensuring records are handled in exact chronological/numerical order and vertical shelf loads remain balanced.
• Enforce Safety Standards: Ensure OSHA compliance and crew safety for loads up to 50 lbs, coordinating mobile lifts, pallet jacks, and forklift operators for secure transport.
• Act as Primary Client Liaison: Communicate daily with the client’s Shipping Coordinator to resolve workload variances, address missing or damaged files, and adjust team priorities.
