Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Project Specialist) for its NARA Records Relocation Project. The role involves physical relocation, labeling, sequencing, and strict inventory control across designated GA locations.

Candidates must meet security requirements and pass a federal background check. Typical duties include operating manual handling equipment, maintaining clean, hazard-free staging areas, and ensuring accurate digital records.

Qualificações

• Experience tracking inventory and verifying barcodes/RIFD labels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.
• Willingness to complete federal background check and IRS/IRC training.

Responsabilidades

• Physically relocate, stage, lift, and load record boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Label, barcode, and track boxes to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pack files in strict sequences onto pallets with secure wrapping.
• Maintain chain-of-custody through audits and staging checks.
• Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks; keep staging areas clean and safe.
