Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC at the project level across utility-scale solar and substation sites in Salome, AZ.

You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manage inspection teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement while traveling to remote project locations as needed. The role requires on-site leadership, NEC/IEC/ASTM alignment, and robust documentation of findings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications in quality management and OSHA are desirable.
• Experience with QA/QC methodologies and on-site audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC at the project level and implement SSQP.
• Develop and manage ITPs, inspections, and audits.
• Enforce QMS standards and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Document findings, perform RCA and CAPA actions.
• Produce quality metrics and train teams on Sunscreen software.
