Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead QA/QC, startup readiness, and systems turnover on a large-scale EPC project. The role is on-site, ensuring civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment installations meet project specs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years supporting EPC construction, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, or hyperscale projects.
• Experience with EPC company and direct project/site experience.
• Strong QA/QC background on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience supporting startup, commissioning turnover, or operational readiness.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, utilities, electrical systems, HVAC, process systems, and equipment installations.
• Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with construction quality documentation, inspections, NCR management, and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across all EPC construction scopes.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Support startup, commissioning readiness, and system turnover activities.
• Monitor field execution and verify system completion before commissioning.
• Manage turnover packages, test records, punch lists, and completion documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive resolution of quality issues, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Support construction quality audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment between construction progress and commissioning milestones.
