Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for construction and engineering projects. You will implement project QA/QC plans, oversee inspections, manage documentation, and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction/industrial projects.
• Experience in QA/QC leadership roles preferred.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, NCRs, turnover docs.
• Ability to read construction drawings and codes.
• Experience with subcontractors and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA/QC plans and ITPs.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes and client requirements.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, installations.
• Lead NCRs and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain QA documentation and turnover packages.
