Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced QA/QC leader to supervise the QA/QC team, directing quality assurance activities for EPC projects. You will train teammates, enforce standards, and ensure the safety-focused culture is upheld while guiding the project team toward quality goals.

Ideal candidates have extensive QA/QC experience on EPC projects, strong auditing skills, and the ability to mentor staff and drive lessons learned across sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Quality Management for EPC projects.
• Experience directing QA/QC on large-scale projects.
• Experience applying QMS, auditing, corrective actions and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Train teammates on QA/QC regulations and standards.
• Provide safe-work environment and communicate safety commitments.
• Plan and organize QA/QC team workload and communicate plans.
• Mentor personnel and perform performance assessments.
• Maintain execution systems to meet quality, budget and schedule goals.
• Audit and report project performance against QA requirements.
• Coordinate supplier quality and surveillance activities.
• Promote lessons learned across projects.
