Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking a senior QA/QC leader to supervise the QA/QC team on EPC projects. You will direct quality control activities, drive lessons learned, and oversee process improvements and training across site teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Quality Management for EPC work, ISO 9000/Lead Auditor credentials, and a strong ability to mentor staff while maintaining schedule and budget integrity.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of experience in Quality Management System and EPC Project Quality Assurance Management.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and directing all aspects of QA for EPC projects.
• Hands-on QA/QC activities, auditing, non‑conformance resolution and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and technical direction to the QA/QC Team.
• Coordinate lessons learned, process improvements and quality training.
• Plan and organize team work; communicate plans to leadership.
• Develop personnel through mentoring and performance assessments.
• Maintain control of QA/QC efforts to meet budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Promote training on quality concepts and QMS practices.
• Assist project managers in aligning teams with project goals and actions.
