• 2+ years of on-site property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Certified and licensed by the State of Florida for CAM.

Responsibilities

• Assists in field activities for properties and groups.
• Oversee tenant service requests and maintain tenant relations.
• Perform quarterly property inspections and coordinate insurance requirements.
• Prepare tenants’ manuals, emergency procedures, and related communications.
• Assist in monthly reporting and operating budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade organizations and vendors.
