Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role prioritizes budgeting, resident satisfaction, and timely reporting, with on-site leadership and a focus on service excellence across community operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoice processing.
• Lead resident relations, retention programs, and leasing activities.
