Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site operations for a housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, administration and risk management.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and work to maximize resident satisfaction and operating income through strategic leasing and budgeting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing experience.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site management software; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and oversee leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor expenses and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
