Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Albuquerque to lead all on-site operations. You will supervise staff, oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring adherence to company policies and fair housing standards.

As an on-site leader, you will drive resident satisfaction, manage daily activities, and collaborate with regional leadership to optimize performance and community quality. A strong focus on staff development and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use on-site property management software.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and on-site staff performance.
• Manage leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations to drive occupancy and retention.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenses.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety protocols, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
