Legacy Partners, Inc. in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a full-time on-site Property Manager to oversee all phases of an apartment community. You will direct staff, manage operations, finances, leasing, maintenance, safety, and reporting to ensure the property stays well maintained and financially solid.

You will work Monday–Friday with on-call availability. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
• Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance.
• Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance.
• Marketing & Leasing – Work with the Marketing Department to maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and social media management.
• Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Safety & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company and owner standards.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, market trends, and operational performance.
