Job summary

Legacy Partners in Redmond, WA, is seeking a full-time, on-site Property Manager to oversee all phases of apartment community operations. You will direct personnel and resources to keep the community in excellent condition while maintaining a stabilized fiscal operation and complete P&L responsibility.

This role reports to the Regional Property Manager and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apartment communities and property operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
• Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to policies, fair housing, rent collection, leasing, and maintenance.
• Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance.
• Marketing & Leasing – Maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and social media.
• Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and maintain satisfaction.
• Safety & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, and trends.
